With great gratitude and humility, we would like to share a special opportunity that God has placed on the heart of our family, especially in the life of our daughter, Yekci.

Our daughter, Yekci Mayralene Quirós Patterson, has been accepted to participate in the Romania Summer Mission Trip, organized through our church, Orlando Baptist Church, which will take place from July 19–29, 2026. During this trip, she will be serving in Romania alongside a mission team, sharing the love of Christ, supporting local communities, and growing spiritually through service.

✝️ About Our Family

God planted us in the incredible Orlando Baptist Church on September 22, 2019. Since that moment, we have seen how God has continued to grow and establish our family in His Kingdom. We have witnessed His constant work in our lives, and especially in the life of our daughter, and all the glory belongs to God.

🌍 The Missionary Heart of Our Church

One of the aspects we value most about Orlando Baptist Church is its genuine commitment to carrying the message of Christ to the entire world. Our church actively supports missionary work in multiple regions around the globe, including:

• Africa: Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Chad, Botswana, Tanzania
• Asia, Middle East, and Pacific: Philippines, Pakistan, Japan, Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, Turkey, Australia
• Europe: Spain, Portugal, Albania, England, Wales, and Romania
• Central America and the Caribbean: Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, Dominican Republic
• South America: Brazil, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina
• Domestic Missions (U.S.): Local ministries, church planting, and national mission support

This reflects our church’s constant desire to obey Christ’s command to “go and make disciples of all nations,” and it is a privilege for us to be part of a congregation with such a broad vision of God’s Kingdom.

💛 About Yekci

We have seen how God has been working beautifully in Yekci’s life, and we are deeply grateful for His faithfulness. Yekci is very active in several ministries within our church, including:

• 👶 Nursery Ministry, serving one Sunday each month
• 💡 Technology Ministry, assisting with graphics and lighting during services
• 🧹 Cleaning Ministry, where we serve as a family one Saturday each month preparing the church for Sunday service
• 📖 Sunday Bible Study, held before the main service
• 🔥 Youth Ministry (Alive Students), every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

We are extremely proud of our daughter and give all the glory to our God for what He is doing in her life. This will be Yekci’s first mission trip, and she has expressed with conviction her desire to be part of this experience, serving and carrying the message of Christ beyond our borders.

🌍 VIAJE MISIONERO A RUMANÍA 2026 🌍

🙏 Sé Parte de Esta Misión, Apoya a Yekci en Su Viaje Misionero

Con mucha gratitud y humildad, queremos compartir una oportunidad especial que Dios ha puesto en el corazón de nuestra familia, especialmente en nuestra hija Yekci.

Nuestra hija, Yekci Mayralene Quirós Patterson, ha sido aceptada para participar en el Viaje de misiones de verano a Rumanía, organizado a través de nuestra iglesia Orlando Baptist Church, que se llevará a cabo del 19 al 29 de julio de 2026. Durante este viaje, ella estará sirviendo en Rumanía junto a un equipo misionero, compartiendo el amor de Cristo, apoyando comunidades locales y creciendo espiritualmente a través del servicio.

✝️ Sobre nuestra familia

Dios nos plantó en la increíble iglesia Orlando Baptist Church en septiembre del 22 de 2019. Desde ese momento, hemos visto cómo Dios ha ido creciendo y afirmando a nuestra familia en Su reino. 💛 Sobre Yekci

Hemos visto cómo Dios ha estado trabajando de manera hermosa en la vida de Yekci, y estamos profundamente agradecidos por Su fidelidad. Yekci es muy activa en varios ministerios de nuestra iglesia, entre ellos:

• 👶 Ministerio de bebés, sirviendo uno de los domingos del mes

• 💡 Ministerio de tecnología, asistiendo con gráficas y luces durante los servicios

• 🧹 Ministerio de limpieza, donde servimos como familia un sábado al mes preparando la iglesia para el servicio dominical

• 📖 Estudio bíblico dominical, que se lleva a cabo antes del servicio principal

• 🔥 Ministerio de jóvenes (Alive Students), todos los miércoles de 6:30 p.m. a 8:30 p.m.

Estamos sumamente orgullosos de nuestra hija y damos toda la gloria a nuestro Dios por lo que Él está haciendo en su vida.
